While all eyes were on singer Rebecca Selley during her blind audition, her baby JJ and his performance of “Let It Go” with coach Kelly Rowland went viral. “Did you know they posted my video and then my son’s video, and it has, I believe, 10 million views?” she asks.
“I was hoping he’d be able to sing in tune.” But what made me the proudest was that he sang with Kelly. “I adored this moment!” she exclaimed. Will the pregnant mother be pleased that her son will be working full-time in the entertainment industry?
“I’d always had reservations about the industry, especially since it was so young,” she says. Sally, 34, will not object if her son inherits her singing abilities. “Even though he enjoys singing and dancing, this may just be a watershed moment for him.” But if he enjoys it and is good at it, I will definitely encourage him and advise him to the best of my ability.”
