ICON OF COMEDY
Keith, Ewen’s sarcastic accountant on The Office, became a fan favorite with a series of funny scenes, such as dressing up as Ali G.
As part of a staff review, he said that his weakness was “eczema.” He was also famous for a famous scene involving a Scotch egg.
Even though there were many staff changes at the made-up Wernham Hogg paper company, the star stayed until the show’s last episode in 2003.
The actor joked to Vice in 2021 that he didn’t know why Scotch eggs were chosen as his character’s favorite food.
He stated: “The props guy nipped out and bought them last minute.”
In 2020, he was on an episode of Come Dine With Me with Charlotte Crosby and Dawn Ward, as well as After Life.
The actor has been in Miranda, Little Britain, and performed at the 2007 Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
