A devastating accident occurred when a kindergarten school bus from Wat Khao Phraya Sangkharam School in Uthai Thani caught fire on Vibhavadi Road, near Zeer Rangsit, Thailand. The bus, returning from a field trip, suffered a flat tire and crashed into a barrier. On board were 42 kindergarten students and teachers.
Heartbreakingly, 22 children and 3 teachers have been confirmed dead.
Rescuers shared the poignant discovery that one teacher was found holding a child in her arms.
