Meet Michael Binder, a real movie fanatic. I bet he’s seen just about every movie out there. He doesn’t just watch them; he writes about them and chats with his many fans. And guess what? He’s made a career out of it!
A little while ago, there was this viral video going around. It featured a mix of dance scenes from famous movies, all set to the catchy tune of “Uptown Funk” by Mark Ronson and Bruno Mars. When Michael saw it, it got him inspired.
He decided to take dance scenes from the golden era of movies and mash them up with “Uptown Funk.” This was no small task. He had to go through loads of movies and do some serious editing.
The end result is a real masterpiece that’ll blow your socks off! You’ll see scenes from nearly every big dance movie from the 1930s, 40s, and 50s, like “Singing in the Rain,” “Anchors Aweigh,” and “Gilda,” along with a few non-dance movies thrown in for good measure.
Michael says it took him a solid three weeks to put this video together. Wait until you see Judy Garland, Shirley Temple, and Gene Kelly dancing to the same beat!
